EPIC published its first guide to competence assurance five years ago and . This new website area takes that initiative forward in a way that I am sure HR  executives and other senior decision makers in the industry will find practical and useful.

With EPIC’s support, our industry has made major advances in the past few years in raising the skills level in the industry and the number of people holding recognised qualifications. What this website illustrates is how these occupational standards can also be used more generally to improve our management of the workforce and raise business performance.
